Michael was born to a Chinese father and a Vietnamese mother. After his mother passed away in Vietnam, his father took him, his brother, sister and great grandmother to Hong Kong for a new life. “When I first came to America, I was struggling to be a big part in helping my family and getting an education. Music came to be an important part of my life. Writing is the way that I am able to express myself when words cannot be said. Some of my notable influences include Madonna, George Michael, Janet Jackson, Luis Miguel and Leslie Cheung." This multi-talented artist is inspired to write about the physical and the emotional journeys that we all share in life. His interests are as diverse as his writing. He is signed to a modeling agency, and studied both acting and filmmaking. In November 2000, he was a finalist in “Mr. Romance” contest, "Romantic Times Magazine". “I am thinking it does not matter what kind of vehicle that I take to get to the music (plane, train or crawling), as long as I get there." “From Here to Eternity” is the single being played across the states by popular nightclub DJs in major markets. "A song can sound fun on a superficial level, or deep on an emotional level, but there are every bits of me in it. I believe my music can influence others. I want to share the basic universal message in each song with the world."
